The famous Sardine Trail leads you around Douarnenez, following the bronze sardine-shaped plaques on the ground to discover 17 panels (with English translations) explaining Douarnenez's history.
Follow the trail and discover Douarnenez's history! the Sardine Trail begins at the entrance to the Plomarc'h, and leads visitors on a trail through the town and along the coast to the old port itself.Please ask at the Tourist Office for the FREE leaflet that shows the Sardine Trail.
